
PPC Manager

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing PPC strategies that maximize ROI, drive conversions, and deliver measurable results for our clients.
You'll collaborate with SEO, content, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Create and optimize ad copy, visuals, and video ads with the design team.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI within client KPIs.
- Implement advanced YouTube advertising strategies (skippable, non-skippable, discovery, remarketing).
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Execute A/B tests and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Provide clients with clear reports, insights, and recommendations.
Performance Metrics / KPIs
The success of this role will be measured against:
- CTR (Click-Through Rate): Maintain/improve industry benchmark levels.
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition): Optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs.
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Ensure campaigns deliver a positive ROI and achieve agreed targets.
- Conversion Rate: Improve lead/sales conversions through optimized targeting and ad creatives.
- Quality Score & Relevance Metrics: Maintain high scores to reduce costs and improve ad placement.
- Budget Efficiency: Ensure campaigns run within allocated budgets while maximizing performance.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven PPC experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Bing Ads.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in keyword and audience research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, etc.).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
