Digital Marketing Executive

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO) to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Strong experience in SEM/PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager & Data Studio for reporting and insights.
  • Knowledge of Content Marketing & Email Marketing using tools like Mailchimp/HubSpot.
  • Ability to optimize conversion funnels through CRO techniques, A/B testing & performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Photoshop for creative requirements.

Operational Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a digital marketing team.
  • Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in budget allocation & ROI optimization for digital campaigns.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with design, sales, and product teams.
  • Effective project & time management using tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
