Job Overview

We seek a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As an Event Manager, you will play a critical role in planning and executing events that align with our corporate goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven project management skills to coordinate and oversee various stages of event planning and execution. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event process. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in event planning, including logistics and attendee management, to deliver seamless events.
  • Strong vendor management skills for selecting and negotiating with vendors for event-related services and products.
  • Proficient in negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors and sponsors alike.
  • Aptitude in sponsorship acquisition to identify and secure partnerships that enhance event success.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute corporate and industrial events that align with organizational objectives and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services for events.
  • Manage event budgets and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Oversee logistics including venue selection, equipment setup, and tear-down processes to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Maintain client relationships throughout the event planning process to deliver a high level of satisfaction.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise before, during, or after events promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare post-event reports that evaluate successes and improvement areas to enhance future event planning.
