Customer Service Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Handle client and guest communication (calls, messages, emails) professionally and promptly.
• Assist with event coordination support - confirmations, RSVPs, guest lists, logistics updates.
• Manage vendor coordination and follow-ups where required.
• Maintain CRM / contact databases and ensure all client data is organized and updated.
• Support the team in pre-event preparations and post-event feedback collection.
• Resolve guest queries with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate closely with operations, creative, and hospitality teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
