Job Overview
The Staffing Lead/Manager is responsible for leading staffing operations and business development efforts to drive talent acquisition strategies, client relationships, and revenue growth. This role combines expertise in recruitment processes with business development acumen to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and deliver staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing Operations
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute staffing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure high-quality candidate experience across all interactions.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on staffing metrics (time-to-fill, fill rates, etc.).
- Team Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and internal teams for effective staffing.
Business Development (BDE)
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and pitch staffing solutions.
- Proposal Development: Lead proposal development for client requirements.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth through effective business development.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends impacting staffing and business development.
Leadership & Operations
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/BDEs as applicable.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve staffing and business development processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations).
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in staffing/recruitment and business development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build client and candidate relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
- Education: Bachelors degree; relevant certifications a plus.
