Role Description

  • Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies to assess team performance and productivity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to maintain collaboration and coordination.
  • Understanding of financial products and services, preferably in the lending or fintech sector, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
