Company Description

Amazon Fulfillment Centre and Service Provider is an authorized service center supporting Amazon sellers. With two centers in Tamil Nadu, we aim to enhance convenience for sellers by offering comprehensive warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloging, and account management services. Our focus is on streamlining operations and assisting sellers with account setup, management, and reinstatement, empowering them to succeed on the Amazon platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role located in Gurugram. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day Last mile operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks such as coordinating with team members, Delivery channels , various stakeholders and implementing workflows. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, leading a team to achieve targets, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize operational efficiencies. The role also involves resolving issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing training and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Team leadership, task delegation, and performance management skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management, process optimization, and workflow coordination
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations (preferred)
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
