Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Business Development Manager is based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth. The individual will analyze market trends, create proposals, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Regular reporting, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities are key components of this position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of cybersecurity services, secure web solutions, and digital technologies
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the IT or cybersecurity domain is an advantage
