Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. This is a remote role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end communication.
  • Understand client goals and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with performance, creative, content, and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze results, and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency (agency experience is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media, Influencer Marketing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Experience using reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and project management platforms.
