As we scale our operations, we're expanding our finance team to strengthen our domestic and international financial systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to take full ownership of keeK Marketing's financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning for both Indian and UK entities. This role requires someone who can confidently handle GST and VAT filings, maintain accounts in Zoho Books and ClearBooks, and ensure smooth, compliant financial management across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end finance operations including accounting, cash flow, and reconciliations.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and overall tax compliance for Indian operations.
  • Manage VAT filing and financial compliance for UK operations.
  • Maintain and update accounts in Zoho Books (India) and ClearBooks (UK).
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment schedules, and financial reports for both entities.
  • Oversee monthly MIS reports, budgets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for annual audits and assessments.
  • Develop and implement financial SOPs and ensure proper internal controls.
  • Provide strategic input on financial planning, forecasting, and tax optimization.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, VAT, and end-to-end financial management.
  • Experience working with ClearBooks, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent understanding of international transactions and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Good to Have:

  • Experience handling international transactions and multi-currency accounting.
  • Knowledge of UK VAT compliance and reporting standards.
  • Prior experience in marketing agencies or service-based companies.
  • Familiarity with financial automation tools and dashboard reporting.
  • Ability to contribute to financial planning, cost control, and forecasting initiatives.
