Position Title

Reporting To
: - Board of Trustees / Management Committee

Location:-
Jaipur

Curriculum
:- International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP, CP as applicable)

Role Overview:-

Strategic leadership for establishing and launching a new IB school, including IB authorization, curriculum design, infrastructure readiness, faculty recruitment, policy development, and school positioning.

Strategic Leadership
: -

  • Align with mission/vision

  • Board collaboration

  • Oversee IB authorization"

Academic Planning & Curriculum Development
:-

"- Implement IB curriculum (PYP, MYP, DP, CP)

  • Establish policies & assessments

  • Drive inquiry-based learning"

School Setup & Operations:-

"- Infrastructure readiness

  • SOPs and administration

  • Admission policies & marketing"

Faculty Recruitment & Development:-

"- Recruit IB faculty

  • Induction & training

  • Build performance culture"

Stakeholder Engagement:-

"- Parent/community relations

  • Branding & PR

  • Engagement with IB & regulators"

Governance & Compliance:-

"- Ensure IB & legal compliance

  • Safeguarding & child protection

  • Transparent reporting"

Qualifications & Experience:-

"- Master's degree (Doctorate preferred)

  • 12–15 years leadership, 5+ in IB

  • School setup & accreditation experience"
