Role Overview
We are seeking a Director Performance Marketing to set up, lead, and run the Performance Marketing vertical for our client. The role requires a strategic leader with hands-on experience in driving performance campaigns, business development, and managing P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and scale the Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing vertical.
- Drive end-to-end business development, from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Own P&L for the performance marketing vertical, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze marketing data to understand campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Work with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PPC, SEM, Bing Ads, Ad copywriting, HubSpot, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Initially an Individual Contributor (IC) role with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.
- Preferably from an agency background with hands-on campaign management experience.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record in handling high-revenue campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong business development skills with experience managing client relationships.
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
