We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the next phase of NetSfere’s global digital growth — building authority, accelerating lead generation, and shaping the digital presence of one of the world’s most secure communication platforms. Role OverviewAs the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll drive NetSfere’s global digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics, and automation to deliver measurable impact. This role requires both strategic vision and execution muscle — a digital leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to amplify NetSfere’s voice across key industries — government, healthcare, finance, and enterprise IT — while positioning the brand at the forefront of AI, security, and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with NetSfere’s business goals and GTM plans across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Lead performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, and Retargeting) to maximize ROI and pipeline conversion. Build and execute a strong SEO and content marketing strategy, driving thought leadership, inbound traffic, and MQL-to-SQL conversion. Create persuasive, high-performing digital copy for ads, emails, and landing pages — simplifying complex security and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives. Oversee video content strategy, including product explainers, testimonial videos, event highlights, and short-form storytelling. Manage and optimize marketing automation, lead nurturing, and analytics across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering performance excellence, creativity, and collaboration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams on campaigns, product launches, and regional demand generation. Continuously analyze metrics to measure and refine campaign performance, ensuring a data-driven growth engine for the brand. RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably B2B SaaS or Tech). Proven success leading integrated digital campaigns for global audiences. Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, content strategy, and lead-gen funnels. Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms. Deep understanding of AI, cybersecurity, or SaaS ecosystems. Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability for technical and executive audiences. Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable marketing ROI. Preferred Experience marketing AI/Generative AI or secure communication platforms. Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience working with global B2B audiences across multiple regions and languages. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
