The Customer Relation Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience in both sales and service operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or service center.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding inquiries, appointments, and service reminders.
  • Maintain professional communication with all customers.
  • Ensure all customers are informed about ongoing offers, new models, and services.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams to meet customer needs.
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments for service or test drives.
  • Support the delivery process by ensuring proper documentation and a smooth handover experience.
  • Collect feedback from customers and forward it to management for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.

  • Basic knowledge of automobile products and services.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
