Educan Global Operations Pvt. Ltd., a leading overseas education and immigration consultancy, is looking for motivated and confident Customer Relationship Executives to join our Kottayam branch.

The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their immigration needs, and providing proper guidance and support throughout the process.

Location: Kottayam

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive package

Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain immigration and study abroad services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, and country-specific requirements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams for smooth application processing.
  • Maintain client records and update daily activity reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Any graduate (Freshers or experienced candidates can apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and convincing ability.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience in immigration / overseas education / telecalling / customer service is an added advantage.
