Job Summary

The Office Staff will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations, assist departments with documentation, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

Assist in preparing reports, letters, invoices, and other documents.

Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments.

Support HR and Accounts departments with basic documentation and data entry.

Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Assist with courier handling, photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces (with housekeeping team).

Provide administrative support to staff, managers, and visitors.

Perform errands such as bank work, document submission, and field visits (if required).

Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor's degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in office administration (freshers can apply if allowed).

Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Good communication skills (English/Hindi or local language).

Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, computer systems).
