Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the preschool, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards across the premises.
  • Academic Leadership:
  • Ensure the delivery of a structured, child-centric curriculum aligned with TSWY's philosophy.
  • Monitor teaching quality and support faculty in implementing best practices in early childhood education.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and mentor teaching and support staff to build a collaborative and efficient team.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
  • Parent Engagement:
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and address concerns effectively.
  • Conduct parent orientation sessions, feedback meetings, and school events.
  • Admissions & Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate on admissions, school promotions, and local outreach to enhance visibility and enrollment.
  • Represent the school in community and promotional events.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain records of student progress, staff development, and administrative compliance.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team.
