HR & Admin Executive

Role Overview: Manage human resource functions including recruitment, employee
relations, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with
organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
● Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
● Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour
laws.
● Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
● Coordinate training and development programs.
● Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
● Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
