We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure statutory compliance, handle vendor and payroll matters, and oversee general administration, including facility and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
  • Manage inventory accounting, cost tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and credit control.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee office and plant administration including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
  • Maintain company assets, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and support HR with employee documentation.
  • Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff or guests.
  • Ensure safety and legal compliance for workplace operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • Proven experience in a similar dual-role position, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
