Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic
Business Development Associate (BDA)
with a strong interest in inside sales and EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Technical or Life Sciences and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of any one South Indian language or Marathi is mandatory to support regional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct inside sales activities including inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners/customers


• Counsel students and working professionals on EdTech products and learning solutions


• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses/programs


• Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closures


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems


• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer experience


• Build strong relationships with learners to drive retention and referrals

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields


• Strong interest in sales, business development, and EdTech industry


• Fluency in English


• Proficiency in
any one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) or Marathi
is mandatory.

• Basic understanding of inside sales processes
