Position: Business Development Associate (Freshers)

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious fresh graduates from any discipline who are interested in building a career in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research, calls, emails, and networking.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and scheduling client meetings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
  • Promote company services effectively across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, enquiries, and client interactions.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

(Saturday may be a work from home, as per team requirements)
