Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:Developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and analyzing sales performance.
- Staff Management:Hiring, training, and supervising showroom staff, motivating them to achieve sales goals, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer Service:Ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for customers, handling inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues.
- Inventory Management:Overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and preventing stockouts.
- Visual Merchandising:Maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are attractive and organized, and aligning with the brand image.
- Reporting and Analysis:Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing and Promotions:Coordinating with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and attract customers.
Job Type: Full-time
