Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office. This role ensures that the workplace runs efficiently, supports staff with administrative needs, maintains office supplies, and coordinates with management to improve processes and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication between departments.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Monitor office expenses and budgets.
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
- Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
