Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in international markets for autocare and industrial equipment.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and direct clients in key export regions (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute export sales plans, pricing strategies, and target achievement frameworks in coordination with management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on commercial terms, logistics, and partnership agreements to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Channel Development: Appoint and manage international distributors, representatives, and import partners.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit) processing, and liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Trade Shows & Business Travel: Represent AMEC Technology in trade fairs, and client meetings to strengthen the company's global footprint.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / International Business / Commerce. MBA or PGDM (Marketing / International Business) preferred.
- Experience: Min. 2 years of relevant experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in industrial or automotive equipment sectors.
- Prior experience in B2B sales of industrial machinery, equipment, or autocare products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital business communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
