Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the Solar Raw Materials and EPC segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with solar EPC contractors, project developers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle — from inquiry to order closure.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely project execution and material delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to senior management.
- Attend solar expos, trade shows, and industry networking events to represent the company.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of solar raw materials such as panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS components.
- Experience in B2B / Institutional sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value deals.
- Good knowledge of EPC project workflows and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online tender portals.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Energy Management.
- 2+ years of experience in solar / renewable energy business development or EPC sales.
