About the Role

We are looking for a
proactive and client-centric Client Success Manager
to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will act as the
primary liaison between our agency and clients
, ensuring seamless campaign execution, measurable outcomes, and long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the
    main point of contact
    for assigned clients, maintaining transparent and consistent communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into
    strategic marketing initiatives
    .
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, content, and SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; share actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for
    upselling and cross-selling
    to maximize client value.
  • Manage escalations, resolve client concerns, and foster
    trust-based relationships
    .
  • Drive client renewals and retention by consistently delivering
    ROI and measurable results
    .
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in
    client servicing, account management, or client success
    within a marketing or digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels:
    SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and branding
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage
    multiple accounts and projects
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools such as
    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
