Job Title: Business Development – Management Trainee (MT) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Duration: One year CTC: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month About Acelot: Acelot is a fast-growing EdTech company offering AI-powered LMS, AI Proctoring, Corporate Training, and Skill Development solutions. We enable learning and employability across enterprises and educational institutions. Role Overview: We are looking for freshers to join as Business Development – MTs to support sales and business development initiatives for LMS and training solutions across corporates and educational institutions. This is a field and office-based role with hands-on exposure to sales, client interactions, and partner development. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for LMS and training solutions among corporate and institutional clients. Assist in pitching, product demos, and follow-ups specifically for LMS and corporate training programs. Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and channel partners. Maintain a healthy pipeline of LMS and training opportunities and report updates to senior team members. Candidate Profile: Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally and work in the field. Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn sales processes. Interest in EdTech, corporate training, or skill development domains.
