    • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint Online and Teams
  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and permissions based on business requirements
  • Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools
  • Provide end-user support and training on M365 tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Monitor system performance, usage, and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and M365 applications
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within the M365 ecosystem
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 feature updates and roadmap developments
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint configuration and development
  • Proficiency in developing custom apps using Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance features
  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration, site design, content management, and permissions
  • Familiarity with scripting tools such as PowerShell is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
