Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager with proven experience in leading and delivering projects based on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder communication, and successful implementation of enterprise solutions including Microsoft Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of projects across the Microsoft technology stack (Azure, .NET, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and communication.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business analysts.
  • Drive Agile/DevOps best practices and continuous delivery models.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports.
  • Manage vendor relationships, where applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance standards.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in Microsoft-based environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies:

  • Azure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, Security)

  • .NET / C# applications
  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)

  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master Certification.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect / Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience managing offshore/nearshore development teams.
