Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage our recruitment delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment lifecycle management, team leadership, and client service. This role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment delivery team, ensuring quality and timely hiring solutions for clients, optimizing recruitment processes, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Development

  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high performance.

  3. Recruit and train new delivery team members.
  4. Set performance benchmarks and conduct periodic appraisals.
  5. Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and goal-oriented team culture.

  6. Recruitment Process Management

  7. Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecyclefrom job requisition to onboarding.

  8. Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
  9. Monitor sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management processes.
  10. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

  11. Quality Assurance

  12. Enforce quality standards for candidate submissions and CV presentations.

  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
  14. Optimize candidate screening and shortlisting through best practices.
  15. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  16. Client Relationship Management

  17. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.

  18. Maintain proactive communication to understand client expectations and provide timely updates.
  19. Address and resolve client issues or escalations efficiently.
  20. Strengthen long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

  21. Operational Efficiency

  22. Track and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

  23. Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
  24. Leverage ATS and project management tools to enhance workflow and performance monitoring.
  25. Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership.

  26. Compliance & Risk Management

  27. Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

  28. Maintain secure handling of candidate and client information.
  29. Stay updated with recruitment industry trends and compliance standards.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment management platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver under pressure in a target-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as PMP, SHRM, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a recruitment or staffing agency.
  • Expertise in performance coaching, conflict resolution, and delivery optimization.
