Position SummaryAs a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will manage and support cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions across the enterprise. This includes configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD. The role also involves responding to user support requests, implementing security policies, and working with global teams to ensure seamless business operations and digital workspace adoption.You'll be part of the Digital Workplace Support team, contributing to a secure, high-performance, cloud-first IT environment that empowers collaboration across time zones.Work You'll DoAdminister Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Azure ADMonitor system performance and ensure high availability of services across multiple regionsProvide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve escalated service desk incidents and requestsManage identity and access governance using Azure AD roles, MFA, and conditional access policiesHandle mailbox management, email routing issues, retention policies, and hybrid Exchange configurationsSupport Teams configuration, policies, and direct routing setupsCollaborate on device compliance policies and endpoint protection via Microsoft IntuneAutomate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph APIMaintain and support M365 security configurations, including Defender for Office 365 and DLP policiesContribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and process improvementsAssist in onboarding and offboarding users, ensuring license assignment and proper data accessPartner with business units and IT analysts on new features, rollout strategies, and change managementTeam:This position is part of a global IT team specializing in O365 administration, dedicated to maintaining smooth and uninterrupted business operations across diverse time zones.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field7+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in an enterprise settingPreferred Qualifications:Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administrationExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Exchange Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, and Azure ADKnowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models and service limitationsFamiliarity with ITIL practices and change management workflowsExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsUnderstanding of compliance, data protection, and M365 security controlsEnglish fluency required; additional language skills are a plusAbility to work in flexible working hours to support both India and the US time zonesWho we are: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
