Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Chennai, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, presenting automation solutions, and closing sales opportunities to meet business goals. Additional tasks may involve conducting client-specific product training and working closely with the sales management team to deliver optimal service and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, achieve targets, and drive business growth
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions with clients to ensure effective use of products and solutions
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Background or understanding of automation, IoT, or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with Chennai's business landscape is advantageous
