Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an dynamic and result - oriented Area Head to manage and expand our sales operations. The role involves leading a team of Financial Advisors (FAs), driving business development initiatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and manage performance within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Financial Advisors.
  • Drive recruitment and development of FAs.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, ensure effective lead flow, and maintain high closure rates.
  • Conduct regular reviews, appraisals, and performance development initiatives.
  • Manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure service excellence.
  • Oversee territory operations including planning, reporting, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.
