We are looking to fill theHead - Analyticsposition based inAhmedabad .Position/Profile Title: Head - AnalyticsLocation : AhmedabadExperience : 15-20 yearsReporting To : Chief Information OfficerEssential Qualification:Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.Essential Area of Expertise: Proven experience in enterprise BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAP SAC etc., SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and digital transformation.Desired Area of Expertise: Having worked in SAP S4Hanna environment.Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the organizations analytics roadmap in alignment with CIOs vision. Champion data-driven decision-making across business units.Data Governance & Architecture: Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.Advanced Analytics & BI: Lead development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics. Implement tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC or Qlik for enterprise reporting.Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
