About the Role

We are looking for a
Technical Support Engineer
with strong experience in
technical support or software support
. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries, troubleshoot application issues, and communicate effectively in
Gujarati
along with English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails
  • Troubleshoot software/application issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Analyze logs, identify root causes, and escalate issues to engineering teams when required
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and support processes
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate technical assistance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product stability and customer experience
  • Handle night shift operations and manage support tickets efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support / Software Support
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with software applications, web-based tools, and ticketing systems
  • Good understanding of basic networking, databases, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Gujarati
    and English
  • Ability to work in
    Night Shift
    (mandatory)
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving attitude

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting SaaS / software products
  • Understanding of APIs, SQL queries, or cloud platforms
  • Prior experience in product-based companies
