Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Technical Support Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The QA Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing analytical tasks to identify and resolve problems. The role involves working closely with customers to ensure high-quality customer support and service. Daily tasks include monitoring systems, performing root cause analysis, and participating in the testing and deployment phases of the product lifecycle.

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with QA processes and methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
