As a Sales Process Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling. Your role will involve enhancing client relationships, retaining and expanding the customer base for home loans and LAP channels (Loan Against Property) to ensure repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with a network of DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders to effectively manage connector and builder relationships for driving strong business outcomes. - Focus on increasing the number of APFs and enhancing penetration in approved APF projects. - Lead sales planning and team management to optimize team productivity, achieve team results, meet business targets, and ensure profitability. - Collaborate with the team to drive ground-level lead generation activities for sales. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field. - A graduate degree is required, and a Masters/Postgraduate degree is preferred. In this role, staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the market, competition, processes, and available products will be essential in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per the company's systems will be a key aspect of your role.,
