Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest service, managing staff, and maintaining high operational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement of supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operations.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing, collections, and expense control.
- Support marketing initiatives and help maximize room occupancy and revenue.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
