A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and drink operations, including staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction, to ensure quality, profitability, and compliance with safety regulations. Key duties include managing staff, planning menus, handling budgets, ordering supplies, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Core responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, catering, and other food and beverage services.
  • Ensure high standards of quality for all food, beverages, and service.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for the department.
  • Monitor revenues and expenses, and work to achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze financial reports and forecasts.
  • Inventory and Purchasing:
  • Plan, order, and manage all food, beverage, and other supplies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control costs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Customer and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Menu and Marketing:
  • Collaborate on menu design and development.
  • Assist with marketing events and strategies to boost sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
