Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities
· Generate and convert leads in compliance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
· Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project execution
· Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
· Stay updated with regulatory frameworks to position services effectively
What You Need
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
· 2+ years of experience in sales/BD (experience in compliance or healthcare is a plus)
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills
· Strong business understanding and client-handling ability
· Target-driven mindset with strong follow-through
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
