As we scale, we're seeking a
Business Development / Client Solutions Lead
who can blend strategy with execution — someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and driven to make an impact from the front lines.
Role Overview
We're looking for a
founding-level hustler who can wear multiple hats — from generating leads to crafting winning proposals, managing key client relationships, and steering the business pipeline.
You'll work directly with the founding team to shape our growth strategy, drive conversions, and ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
•
Generate qualified B2B leads
through
LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, referrals, and industry networks.
• Own the
end-to-end business development cycle —
from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to
prepare customized proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
.
• Manage ongoing
client relationships
and accounts, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
•
Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential service expansion areas.
• Maintain an updated
CRM and regularly report on pipeline growth, conversion metrics, and client insights.
• Represent the company in virtual/physical client meetings, presentations, and industry forums.
Performance Metrics
• Number of qualified leads generated monthly
• Lead-to-conversion ratio
• Revenue pipeline growth (₹ value)
• Client satisfaction and repeat business
Desired Skills & Experience
• 4–8 years of experience in IT services / consulting business development or client solutions.
• Proven expertise in
lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach) and proposal writing/presentation.
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery lifecycles and ability to align expectations realistically.
•
Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
•
Relationship-driven mindset
with the ability to build trust with CXO-level stakeholders.
•
Self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
•
Prior experience with international clients or exposure to global markets will be an advantage
.
