Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategy, manage a team of marketing professionals, and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple digital channels and a proven track record of planning and executing high-impact campaigns. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with KPIs and deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets across paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the digital marketing roadmap.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics dashboards to track team progress and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM/email platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
