Role-Based Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans to grow Soulflower's business on key eCommerce accounts and achieve budgeted targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Account/Category Managers of partner platforms. Foster healthy and strategic relationships with key account teams to drive sustained growth.

Monitor price sensitivity and enforce pricing policies to ensure price parity across platforms. Plan, create, and manage promotional campaigns and advertisements; evaluate ad performance and optimize to maximize ROI.Oversee online store operations, including inventory management, listing hygiene, and content optimization in accordance with platform standards. Align inventory planning with sales and marketing strategies; prioritize top-selling products to improve inventory turnover and minimize discounting.

Ensure top-selling products maintain high category/subcategory rankings and visibility on partner platforms. Track and manage payment reconciliations from partner websites; ensure accuracy and resolve any variances promptly. Qualification & Experience:Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Beauty and Personal Care category (FMCG) on eCommerce platforms. Key Skills:Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail; adept at multitasking and handling shifting priorities.

Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
