Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our telehealth initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for telehealth products, from concept to deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with company goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Implement and maintain project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) and reporting systems.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure projects adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards (HIPAA/GDPR).
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and team workflows.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of proven experience in project management (preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or telehealth).
- Certification in project management (PMP, PMI, or Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-stakes environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and healthcare industry standards is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telehealth or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Firebase) and product deployment cycles.
- Understanding of QA processes, design workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience mentoring junior project managers or coordinating distributed teams.
