Finance Head

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead and manage the entire financial function at Indigo Interiors. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, risk management, compliance, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can provide strategic financial direction, ensure financial discipline, and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.

· Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

· Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

· Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment decisions.

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements.

· Establish strong internal financial controls, policies, and processes.

· Guide pricing strategies, cost optimization, and project profitability analysis.

· Oversee financial reporting systems, ERP/accounting software, and ensure data accuracy.

· Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and external stakeholders.

· Mentor and lead the finance and accounts team to achieve organizational objectives.

· Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

· Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA Finance strongly preferred.

· Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.

· Proven track record in strategic financial management and business partnering.

· Expertise in ERP/accounting tools, MS Excel, and financial modeling.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
