Job Title: HR Head

Experience Required: Minimum 8 to10 years in HR leadership roles (preferably in hospitals/healthcare sector)

Salary: 80,000 1,00,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements
  • Develop and manage performance management systems
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits structures
  • Collaborate with department heads for manpower optimisation
  • Build a culture of professionalism, growth, and accountability

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labour law compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare HR management will be an added advantage
