Role: Lead Champion
What You'll Do:
- Call potential customers (leads) within 24 hours – they've already seen the watches, just need a nudge
- Follow up with charm and persistence (alternate days) if they don't pick up.
- Update everything on Salesforce after the call – smooth and professional.
- Track and follow up with the store teams about your leads.
- Use our script + your communication magic to close the deal.
- Convince them with offers, features, and urgency – you're the deal closer
What You Need:
- Just one skill: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic laptop skills and comfort with MS Excel & tools
- No sales experience? No problem – if you can talk, you can sell
Compensation:
- Undergraduates: 18,000 per month in-hand
- Postgraduates: 22,000 – 25,000 per month in-hand
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week
- 2 days WFH – Saturday & Sunday (chill and work from your couch)
- 1 weekly off (fixed between Monday to Wednesday)
- Day shift only – no night calls, sleep well
