About the Role:
We are looking for a Culture Champion to lead cultural transformation, employee engagement, and recruitment initiatives as we transition into a hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for someone who can blend strategic thinking with empathy, creativity, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement culture and engagement programs across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with company values and goals.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, focusing on hiring for cultural and skill fit.
- Strengthen employee experience, inclusion, and collaboration in a workplace.
- Create initiatives that foster belonging, recognition, and retention.
- Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Act as the culture ambassador, promoting values and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, or OD.
- Proven experience in culture transformation and strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong recruitment background with strategic, people-first thinking.
- Ability to drive cultural initiatives in a work place.
