As a fast-growing, youth-driven team of creators and strategists, we are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Manager to lead our people operations.

Role Overview

As the People & Culture Manager, you'll be the driving force behind shaping a magnetic workplace culture, championing talent, and designing systems that prioritize creativity, engagement, and retention. You'll work closely with leadership to build a people-first environment that scales with the company's vision and reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Culture, Engagement & Experience

  2. Lead culture-building initiatives that foster inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration.

  3. Design and drive programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication.
  4. Be a culture ambassador—actively listen to team sentiment and take proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.

  5. Talent & Retention Strategy

  6. Build creative, strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.

  7. Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
  8. Own and evolve the onboarding experience to create strong cultural alignment from Day 1.

  9. Performance & Growth Enablement

  10. Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability.

  11. Partner with leaders to identify L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
  12. Foster a culture of learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling tracks.

  13. Policy, Compliance & HR Ops

  14. Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and in line with Indian labor laws.

  15. Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
  16. Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration with the Finance team.

  17. People Intelligence & Insights

  18. Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform decisions.

  19. Use data to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.

  20. Employer Branding

  21. Own the company's employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn—showcasing our team, culture, and impact.

  22. Collaborate with internal teams to build Bold and Beyond's reputation as a workplace of choice.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
  • Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
  • Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred

  • Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
  • Someone from an Marketing / PR Agency Background
  • Zoho People HRMS Experience is a plus.
