Requirements:
Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Proven experience (typically 20+ years) in payroll management within finance departments considering minimum employees headcount 20,000 +
Knowledge of end-to-end payroll accounting.
Prepare and review payroll reports, GL reconciliations, and financial statements related to payroll expenses.
Experience relevant to Payroll MIS, Preparing projections and budgeting and coordinating with Firm MIS team with all requirements.
Knowledge of leave & Gratuity actuarial valuation.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labour laws related to payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and tax regulations.
Liaise with internal and external auditors during payroll audits.
Implement and improve payroll systems and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Lead and mentor the payroll team to maintain high standards of work and professional development.
Qualifications: CA or MBA degree in Finance,
